Music to Dine for: The Embassy of Israel – April 18, 2018

Music to Dine for is one of the Friends of the National Arts Centre Orchestra’s most intimate and popular fundraising events.
Through the generous support of our diplomatic community in Ottawa, Ambassadors and High Commissioners open their homes to us in support of the education of young musicians.
The evening opens with cocktails, followed by a musical interlude by aspiring young musicians who are often FNACO bursary winners.
The embassies provide our young performers with a unique stage to perform classical music.
The evening proceeds with a formal sit-down dinner hosted by an Ambassador or High Commissioner, giving participants a rare entree to an ambassadorial home where you will be offered exceptional food and wine from that country.

In order to give all FNACO members and their guests an opportunity to experience our Music to Dine for program, please contact Suzanne Gumpert at MusicToDineFor@FriendsOfNACO.ca or 613-421-3473 to indicate your interest whereby you will be placed on a potential guest list. Selection of participants for the event will be on a rotation basis to give as many members a chance of attending. You will be advised of confirmation within two or three weeks prior to the embassy event.
Funds raised through this embassy dinner will go towards FNACO bursaries and the Nation Art Centre Orchestra’s youth education programs. A tax receipt will be issued for a portion of the event fee.
Our Refund Policy
Should you be unable to use the ticket you have purchased for an event sponsored by the Friends of NACO, and advise us more than 48 hours in advance of the event, we will be pleased to offer you a credit for another event during the same season or you will receive a receipt for income tax purposes.
For cancellations 48 hours or less before the start of an event or for the last event of the season, we will be unable to offer a credit, but you will receive a receipt for income tax purposes.
